We are delighted to announce that The Castle Community Production 2010 will be A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
A Midsummer Night’s Dream is arguably the most loved of Shakespeare’s comedies and the search for a cast of
over 100 community performers has now begun.
Directed by The Castle’s artistic director, Nik Ashton, the original text will be accompanied by a specially commissioned
musical score as well as a stream of high energy movement sequences to move the story along.
So if you are a budding actor or always fancied singing on a professional stage or have lots of energy you’d like to put into
making movement sequences, why not get in touch with The Castle.
You don’t need any experience, but if you have some then great. We can make sure that whether you have experience or not
you will be challenged and given a positive time.
If you think this might be for you and you would like to work in a professional environment, then why not come and join us?
Taster workshops will be run on Sunday 21st & 28th March.
You’re not making any commitment by coming to the taster workshop, so why not come along and see if it’s for you!
