The next walk will be on Saturday 9th January and will be lead by Colin.
There will be a morning and an afternoon walk.
We will meet at Hartwell. From Wootton take the Quinton road; turn right in Salcey Forest towards Hartwell. Park on the road near the church, near the Rose and Crown pub.
Morning walk –We will set off at 10:00 am for a 4-mile walk to Ashton.
Lunch - The Rose and Crown pub serves lunches (2 for the price of 1) or you can bring a packed lunch.
Afternoon walk – Set off from the pub at 1:30 pm for a walk to Salcey Forest. This will include a visit to the Tree Walk.
